Below are fees for online auctions, Buy-Out-only listings and Make-Offer-only listings posted by registered users.
All of these online listings are free for our users -- sellers pay only a 5% commission on successful sales.
Other sales such as real estate auctions and estate sales are planned and coordinated by our team and fees are unique to each campaign.
Depending on the sale, either the seller (through a service fee) or the purchaser (through a Buyer's Premium) may pay the auctioneer's fees. Since each sale is different, all terms are negotiated and incorporated into an auction service agreement.
