REALTORSŪ

Do you have stale or expiring listings? Do you have unique properties which aren't getting the attention they deserve? How would you like to earn money for making an introduction? We have several ways to get you involved and get you paid.

One way to take advantage of the growing real estate auction market is allow TRAC Auctions to post a generic auction information form on your website. Once implemented, the system will alert both you and TRAC of any leads. In the event the contact results in the signing of an auction services agreement and a successful auction sale, TRAC will pay you a referral fee based upon a percentage of the hammer price. With the auction method continuing to increase in popularity you'll be offering your clients an alternative to the traditional sale and working with an auction company that encourages REALTOR® participation.

Another way to make money -- TRAC accepts your listed properties into our auction programs. There is no need to surrender a listing, and we can assist in transitioning a traditional sale to our "accelerated" sale by providing simple paperwork. We typically pay listing brokers a full side -- so if you have a 6% listing we pay 3% of the hammer price.

One more way we work with REALTORS®... we often enlist the services of our valued, registered, REALTOR® clients when we need an agent to assist with an auction sale. Agents may provide limited representation in the form of MLS exposure, referral of inquiries and occasional open house and showing assistance. For their efforts they are handsomely compensated. Get on board with an auction firm that wants you involved in the process and register with us today.

Last but not least, produce an auction buyer and earn the advertised broker co-op.
