What can TRAC Auctions offer that a traditional auction house and a traditional real estate brokerage firm cannot? The best of both worlds.

Every property we enroll for auction gets exposure using traditional marketing methods -- the local MLS for broker participation, REALTOR.com for consumer searches, open houses for public viewing, etc. In fact, we enlist the services of a REALTOR® professional in connection with each and every sale. If we don't list a property in-house, we often team up with a registered member who is an experienced REALTOR® for assistance with showings, open houses, fielding inquiries, etc. REALTORS® are an essential component in our real estate marketing. We embrace their participation, along with the buyers they represent.

Our programs permit a property owner to "test the waters" by allowing pre-auction offers to be submitted during a preview period. Many properties are sold during this preview period. For those properties that are not pre-sold, at an agreed time they are moved to a supercharged auction campaign through which urgency is created and buyers are aggressively targeted and drawn to participate in the competition for ownership of the property. Sellers set the terms of the sale. For many properties the sale will be on a non-contingent cash contract with settlement required within 30 days.
