TRAC is a progressive Mid-Atlantic auction firm
conducting real estate and personal property sales using both live and online
auctions to accomplish clients' selling goals. We are auctioneers,
not a simple online auction site.
Live Auctions.
Auctions are the fastest and easiest way to buy and sell
real estate and personal property. Targeted marketing drives qualified buyers to
the live auction event hosted by one of our champion bid callers. For personal
property sales, payment is due immediately. For real estate, the sale is on a
cash contract and settlement is often required within 30-60 days of the auction.

Online Auctions.
This site provides for online bidding on our current
real estate and personal property inventory, including government forfeited
items. It also serves as a window for certain pre-approved sellers to market
their goods and services. With custom stores, these sellers get the convenience
of brick-and-mortar without the overhead. Our secure, integrated online payment
solutions make selling online simple.
Combinations and hybrids.
We always custom-tailor the auction method to
the item/property and potential buyers. Certain properties are best offered
through a sealed-bid auction. For others we'll combine a sealed-bid format with
a live outcry auction. We are happy to speak with you about the various auction
methods available to you. Our online/live combination real estate auction format
is an example of how technology can help maximize exposure to deepen the buyer
pool and obtain the highest and best offers for our sellers.
Prospective buyers can obtain property
information and submit bids and offers through this site. Only
registered users
can bid online. Other restrictions may apply.
