  • at the conclusion of online bidding, the 2nd phase (live) will commence, with a live auction to be held on the premises. The high online bid will registered as the opening bid at the live sale. TRAC will make reasonable efforts to contact the high online bidder to allow said bidder to challenge any higher bid.
