• The property will be made available for inspection by appointment only by calling the auctioneer's office.

• Only ID Verified bidders are permitted to bid and/or make an offer.
• There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium in effect.¹
• The winning bidder must immediately sign the Sales Contract and other documents evidencing and relating to the sale.
• The Purchaser must increase his/her deposit to 10% of the high bid within 3 business days.
• 30 day settlement is required.
