We select our sellers carefully
They are not just giving the auction process a shot -- they've made a substantial financial investment in the marketing effort and in preparing for the sale. Our sellers are always demonstrating a very high commitment level to selling. We don't like to practice auctions so be confident that we aren't enrolling properties at unreasonable price points.

We are innovative
Our real estate auctions are conducted using our own unique format which combines online bidding with a live outcry auction. Online and live bidders must register with us and agree in writing to all applicable terms and conditions. We encourage everyone to register with us and bid online but please don't wait until the last minute to request approval to bid. Follow the instructions for obtaining bidder approval on each property detail and bidding page. Even for registered members this requires submission of a written, signed request. Please follow the instructions or you won't be approved to bid!
